Newburgh Program Coordinator

Assist with employment readiness programs; strategic program planning, program monitoring, case management, employment counseling, job development and referrals. Minimum: Bachelor in Counseling, Psychology or Human services. (Master’s preferred) Experience in job readiness and development programs. Management experience a plus. Grant funded. Financial Analyst

Reporting to the CFO, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for assisting with accounts payable, reconciliation of grant accounts, grant voucher submissions, budget development and tracking, payroll, and various audit and analytical analyses as requested.  Attention to detail is extremely important.  Degree in accounting or finance with 3+ years of experience.  Understanding of non-profit accounting is a plus.  Position based in Albany.
